Bright Cozy Apt in the heart of Margaretville Village features a queen-sized bed in the cozy sleeping loft, the couch opens to a twin size as well. The Apt. has wifi, smart tv, all the cooking basics, a new bathroom, closet space, and room enough for your gear. You will have full access to the apartment, the only shared space is the hallway that leads to all the apartments. We are located in the Binnekill Square Complex above the retail shops and in front of the Binnekill Restaurant.

The vaulted ceilings give the Apt. a roomy feel, you can cook in and watch your favorite streaming channels on wifi, or go for a stroll out to dinner. We are within walking distance of all the amenities and Skiing, hiking, fishing, antiques, shopping, cafes, wedding Venues, and all the Catskills have to offer.

No Car? No worries! Trailways bus stops in walking distance from here at the Sensible car rental on Route 28 and connects many of the small towns along Route 28 ~ Phoenicia, Woodstock, Kingston, and to NYC. We have everything in town, but you could always rent a car to go explore further.

Margaretville is a small Historic Catskills Mountain town, but we have all the amenities right in the village, there is a full grocery store, banking, CVS, DMV, retail shops, cafes, restaurants, art gallery, and more. We are a great choice for those that want go exploring the Catskills but still want some of the comforts of a larger town. We are also just outside the Catskill Mountains Park, central to all there is to explore.

Small Towns have different hours and amenities, I suggest you check directly into any activities you're interested in ahead of time for their hours of operation.
