We are located next to the Catskills Mountains State Park, only a 2.5-hour drive from NYC,  in a great location right over the Binnekill stream in the Binnekill Square Complex in the heart of Margaretville Village across from the East Branch River and We are within walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, within walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, wedding venues and more,  Great for all seasons!

You will have Entire use of the Apartment. The space is very open with high ceilings and a cozy sleeping loft with twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. We have views of the mountains and are within walking distance of everything in town. You can go out or stay in and make dinner, there is a full tub for you to relax in after a long day of exploring. We have a smart TV for you to login into your favorite streaming channels.

No Car? No worries! Trailways bus stops within walking distance from here at the Sensible car rental on Route 28 and connects many of the small towns along Route 28 ~ Phoenicia, Woodstock, Kingston, and to NYC. We have everything in town, but you could always rent a car to go explore further. Plan ahead!

Margaretville is a small Historic Catskills Mountain town, but we have all the amenities right in the village, there is a full grocery store, banking, CVS, DMV, retail shops, cafes, restaurants, art gallery, and more. We are a great choice for those that want go exploring the Catskills but still want some of the comforts of a larger town. We are also just outside the Catskill Mountains Park, central to all there is to explore.

Small Towns have different hours and amenities, I suggest you check directly into any activities you're interested in ahead of time for their hours of operation.
