The living room is comfy with high ceilings, a futon couch & Wifi, smart TV for your streaming services, and some free channels. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, and necessary utensils, Bedroom is a cozy sleeping loft with two twins that can be made into a king size bed for two. Also a futon for sleeping in the living room and a blow up bed just in case you need an extra bed, closets for your luggage or gear. We also have A/C and a fan. You will have full use of the apartment and nothing in the apartment itself is shared with other guests except for the hallway up to the individual apartments.

Great location right in the Binnekill Square complex in the heart of Margaretville Village. We are within walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are within walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons!

Margaretville is a small Historic Catskills Mountain town, we have a bustling main street,with artists, cafes, restaurants, chocolate, retail stores all in walking distance. We are close to golf, bowling, hiking, fishing, skiing and wedding venues, we are a four season town loved by locals and visitors alike!

We have all the amenities right in the village, there is a full grocery store, banking, CVS, DMV, retail shops, cafes, restaurants, art gallery, and more. We are a great choice for those that want go exploring the Catskills but still want some of the comforts of a larger town. We are also just outside the Catskill Mountains Park, central to all there is to explore.

Small Towns have different hours and amenities, I suggest you check directly into any activities you're interested in ahead of time for their hours of operation. Plan ahead when you have cell service or wifi.
