I'm your host Sue and I exclusively manage the Binnekill Getaway Apartments for the building owner Dennis, I moved here in 2015 but I have been coming to the area for as long as I can remember and finally decided, The Mountains were calling, and I must Go! I love what I do and hope you will enjoy your stay with us.

The Binnekill Square apartments are centrally located to everything the Catskills has to offer, The Binnekill Square complex is located in the heart of historical Margaretville Village, In beautiful Delaware County, New York. Our location is perfect for those that want to experience the charm of the Catskills, but want the convenience of being located in town. For those who want to go exploring, and are looking for an affordable clean, cozy, relaxing place to return to after a day out finding new adventures. 

The Binnekill Square Complex was built on the former site of the Kelly Hotel, over the Binnekill Stream in the heart of Margaretville Village. The building has had many uses, from retail and full-time apartments to now include affordable Short Term Rentals. We are within walking distance of everything the village has to offer, shopping, CVS, groceries, restaurants, cafes, bowling, and more. We are accessible by Trailways bus for those that want to get away without a car. The bus stop is within walking distance from the apartments.

We are located adjacent to the Catskills Park and between two Ski Mountains: Bellearye Ski Resort, and Plattekill Mountain, and very close by there is golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, wedding venues, cafes, restaurants, art galleries and more. It's great for all seasons!
